Terms and Conditions – 77ggg Online Gaming Platform

1Eligibility and Registration

To register for a 77ggg account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you are required to notify 77ggg support immediately. Until you report an unauthorised access, any activity carried out on your account is treated as having been authorised by you.

• You may only hold one account on 77ggg. Multiple accounts created by the same individual will be treated as duplicates and may be suspended.
• Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, or transfer your account to another person.
• You are responsible for all bets placed and transactions made from your account, regardless of whether you authorised them personally.
• You must keep your registered contact details — including your mobile number and email address — up to date at all times.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 77ggg are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits fund your account balance, which you can then use across any game type available on the platform — sports betting, live casino, eBingo, slots, and others.

8Account Suspension and Termination

77ggg may suspend or close a player account at any time if there is reason to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been breached, or if required to do so for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, any funds held in the account will be withheld until the investigation is concluded. If the investigation finds no breach, the account and its balance will be reinstated. If a breach is confirmed, 77ggg reserves the right to retain the balance and close the account permanently.

Players who wish to close their account voluntarily may do so by contacting 77ggg support. Any remaining balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned via the player's registered withdrawal method, subject to standard verification procedures.

9Limitation of Liability

77ggg provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain uptime and service quality, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access and are not liable for losses resulting from:

• Temporary platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical faults outside our reasonable control.
• Delays or failures in third-party payment processing systems.
• Losses arising from a player's own decisions, including betting decisions made on the platform.
• Unauthorised access to a player's account where the player failed to maintain adequate security of their credentials.

To the extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77ggg's total liability to any individual player for any cause shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Your continued use of the 77ggg platform after any update is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with a change, your option is to close your account and withdraw any remaining balance before the change takes effect.
